Dulon is an environmentally friendly polyurethane material that significantly shortens the manufacturing process through a new method, reducing harmful solvent and CO2 emissions. It has a rubber-like texture but is resistant to scratches, waterproof, and has a low rate of degradation. The lining is made of durable 600D polyester, which enhances tear strength. The zippers are made by YKK in Japan. (*Not water-repellent.)

The color of this product is black, a popular selection among the existing Days Pouch lineup.

As mentioned above, the outer fabric is made of Dulon, which has a soft, rubber-like texture and is comfortable to the touch.

Produced by a bag-sewing artisan in East Tokyo’s downtown area.

Our company started off manufacturing and planning the Days Pouch (Tough Black) in 2022 (*currently no longer in production) in Japan. The Japanese bag manufacturer we commissioned at the time informed us that their sewing factory would not be able to offer repeat production going forward. Accordingly, after searching for a new factory, we decided to entrust the production to a bag-sewing artisan in Tokyo's downtown area.

 Following repeated samples with the artisan, our high-quality "Days Pouch (Made-in-Japan Series)" was completed in 2023. The Dulon version is also being manufactured by the same artisan.

Self-Standing Pouch

One of the unique features of the Youboku Tokyo Days Pouch is its self-standing design. This allows you to keep the pouch upright on your desk, providing easy access to all your stored items without taking up much space.

The ‘Days Pouch’ can stand by itself due to the meticulous choice of fabric, design, and sewing technique, allowing you to utilize your desk space more efficiently without obstructing your work.

*If items, however, with large weight or height are placed too close to one side, or if the area where the bottom touches the floor is extremely small or narrow, there is a possibility that they will lose balance and not be able to stand on their own.

<Regarding the Lining>
・The lining inside the pouch, including pockets 1 to 6 when the zipper is opened, is uniformly Dusty Blue.
・The lining for the outer pocket area, including pockets 7 to 9, is Black.
