Regarding the process from ordering to shipping and our business days

1: After placing your order, you will receive an automatic email from our store with the subject line "[Yuboku Tokyo Official Store] Thank you for your purchase."
*If you do not receive it, please check your email reception settings.

2: Normally, we will confirm your order by the next business day after placing your order (we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, but some orders (such as orders that do not require our confirmation) may be shipped.) If the item is in stock, we will arrange shipping from our distribution center one by one.

*Reservations and back-order items will normally be arranged the next business day after your order. (In the case of advance payment, arrangements will be made after payment is confirmed.)
*If you need to change or cancel your order, we would appreciate it if you could contact us immediately after placing your order.
*(For members) Even if you change your address or payment method from My Page after placing your order, your order will not be reflected in the change, so please contact us if this is the case.

3: Once shipping is completed at our distribution center or the manufacturer, you will receive a shipping completion email from our store.

*Please note that in the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we may contact you or inquire about the details of your order. In that case, we will send you emails from the "@youboku.work" and "@youboku.tokyo" domains, so please allow us to receive them.

Regarding payment methods available at our store

If you are a minor, please be sure to obtain the consent of a legal representative such as a guardian before using this site. Please note that customers under the age of 18 cannot use this service.

An SMS (short email) will be sent to confirm your identity. Please prepare an environment where you can receive messages.

Paidy is a payment service that allows purchasers to use their Paidy account to pay for one month's worth of purchases at a convenience store or by bank transfer by the 10th of the following month. For more information, please check the Paidy page of the service provider.

What to do if you don't receive the email

Please allow us to receive emails from "@youboku.work" and "@youboku.tokyo" in advance. Also, please check your spam folder.

Can Okinawa and remote islands be shipped by airmail?

Due to our outsourced warehouse, all items will be shipped by surface mail. Therefore, please note that it may take some time for delivery.

I want to cancel/change the product (color).

Please leave a message .
However, we cannot accept orders that are already in preparation for shipping. If you wish to make any changes, please let us know as soon as possible.

Who is the delivery company? How is it delivered?

Products shipped from the Yuuboku warehouse will be delivered via Sagawa Express (Yamato Transport for some products) from our distribution center in Chiba Prefecture. It will be delivered directly by the vendor.

In the case of direct delivery from the manufacturer, each delivery company will be different.

If you are not home, a notice of absence will be posted, so please contact the delivery company and inform them of your request for redelivery.

Please note that if your package is returned to us due to long-term absence or unknown address, you will be responsible for the shipping cost/handling fee (actual cost).

When I arrived and checked the product, it was broken!

In the unlikely event that the product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product.

We will provide you with instructions on how to exchange the item, and we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.

Please note that if you contact us more than 10 days after delivery, we may not be able to provide a replacement as it will be difficult to determine if the product is defective.

I don't like it and would like to return it.

We do not accept returns due to customer convenience. Please be sure to check the details before purchasing.

Please issue a receipt.

If you would like PDF data, please let us know in the comments at the time of purchase or via email after placing your order. It will be sent separately via email.

Regarding delivery to delivery boxes

If you wish, please specify in the comments section using up to 16 full-width characters.
*If the number of characters exceeds that number, we will not be able to provide instructions to Sagawa Express.

I want to go to the store and purchase directly. I want to purchase by phone.

This brand does not have physical stores. We only sell online.
If you would like to place an order over the phone, we do not have staff available to assist you, so please purchase through our website.
